20 minutes by car from the city center.A variety of activities even beginners can enjoy. 17 courses are offered for all levels, as well as a playground – “Waku Waku Snow Land” – for children. Even if you don’t have a car, you can use the taxi package plan that provides transporation and rentals so there is need to bring any gear. Night skiing is available until 9:00 PM, which can be easily enjoyed after a day of sightseeing.
Waku Waku Snowland
Waku Waku Snowland, located in front of the Center Lodge, is an enclosed safety trail where you don’t have to worry about bumping into other skiers. This is a great place for kids to have fun sledding and for beginners to practice. It is also equipped with a snow escalator, so getting to the top is incredibly easy. Have fun here on a snow strider and tubes.
Mogul Trail
Many competitions are held on the professional trails here such as the mogul trail and slalom barn for advanced skiers. Lots of visitors come just to practice on the bumps.
